Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be lodged at your nearest post office within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
To be eligible for a return
- The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
- A return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, as determined by Australia Post tracking information.
- The item(s) must be unworn or unused.
- The item(s) must still have tags attached.
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging (translucent dust bag).
- The item(s) must free of damage. This includes, but is not limited to: rips, stains, holes, broken zips, makeup stains, fake tan stains, pet hair, smells, & fabric/thread pulls.
Any item(s) that do not meet the return criteria will not be refunded or eligible for an exchange. Item(s) may be sent back to the customers preferred shipping address, at the expense of the customer, if requested.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE AT TIME OF PURCHASE, ALL SHIPPING IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER*
Requesting a return
To start a return, go to our returns & exchanges portal and follow all prompts. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return options
Exchanges
When making your return request, leave a note specifying which item, colour, and size you would like to exchange for. Your new item will be sent to the original shipping address provided, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
If you are returning for an exchange, you may choose to receive either a store credit for the full value or a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% fee. When making a return request, please specify if you would prefer store credit or a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
