Yes, we offer returns/exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. To lodge a return or exchange, use the returns & exchanges portal & follow the prompts.

All of our caps are limited edition & as a general rule, we do not re-stock them once sold out. The best way to stay up-to-date with product re-stocks or new releases is to follow our social media pages (linked at bottom of page) or subscribe to our email list (bottom of home page.
All of our products will have a size guide which can be found in the 'Size Chart' link on the product page. We always recommend to contact us if you are having issues finding your correct size. Whilst we can offer exchanges on incorrectly sized items, all postage is at the expense of the customer & exchange approval is not always guaranteed. Our copper bands fit most people! They are approximately 16cm in length. If you are unsure if this will fit, cut a piece of string to 16cm and wrap it around your wrist so it sits flat against the wrist but not tightly. We also note that the ends of the bands can have between a 0mm & 2.5cm gap for comfortable wear.
While our copper bands are coated with a skin-safe sealant to help prevent oxidation, the only way to completely avoid copper staining is to refrain from wearing copper altogether.
The green marks sometimes left on the skin are a natural result of the oxidation process, which occurs when copper reacts with oxygen. Our sealant slows this reaction by creating a protective barrier; however, with regular wear and over time, the coating may gradually wear away, exposing the raw copper beneath. Once exposed, the metal will begin to oxidise, leading to the development of the characteristic green patina.
The timing of this process varies between individuals and can take anywhere from a few months to over a year, depending on how frequently the band is worn and the type of activities performed while wearing it.
